Team Lead Inside Sales

The great thing about this role is that you’re not stepping into a ready-made structure, but get to help shape what the Inside Sales team will look like. You’re joining at a time when a lot is happening: a new Managing Director has been appointed and the management team has just been strengthened with leaders in HR, Finance and Procurement. For you, this means short lines to management, where your voice counts and decisions get made quickly.

De functie

As Team Lead Inside Sales, you manage the Inside Sales team on a day-to-day basis and are responsible for coaching and developing your colleagues. You spot opportunities in the market and make sure your team can act on them quickly.

You work independently on your team’s approach, while staying in close contact with Field Sales and management. You’re the link between the day-to-day reality of your team and the direction management has in mind.

Examples of your responsibilities:

Managing and coaching the Inside Sales team on a daily basis

Setting up training sessions to strengthen commercial skills

Improving the acquisition approach and reactivating dormant clients

Liaising with Field Sales and contributing to sales meetings

Supporting key accounts

Spotting market opportunities and acting on them with your team

You:

Have a commercial background and experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service

Preferably have experience managing or coaching colleagues

Speak Turkish and English; Dutch and/or German is a plus

Are energetic, coaching-minded and entrepreneurial

Wat wij bieden

A salary between € 4,650 and € 5,200 gross per month, depending on your experience

An annual income between € 60,450 and € 67,600 gross, including holiday allowance and a Christmas bonus

A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position

A solid pension scheme and mileage allowance

Possibly a company car, depending on your profile

Plenty of room for your own initiative in an international working environment
