De functie
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’re the first point of contact for customers and the link to the field sales team. You maintain phone and written contact with existing and potential customers, building relationships that go beyond a single order.
You process orders, keep customer data up to date, and make sure agreements are properly followed up. You also support the field sales team, gather market information, and spot opportunities with existing customers, such as customers who haven’t placed an order in a while.
Examples of your day-to-day tasks:
Maintaining phone and written contact with customers
Processing orders and keeping customer data up to date
Following up on agreements with customers
Supporting the field sales team
Gathering market information
Spotting opportunities with existing customers, including dormant accounts

Have experience in a commercial back office, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Inside Sales role
Speak Turkish and English; Dutch and/or German is a plus

Wat wij bieden
A salary between €3,200 and €3,600 gross per month, depending on your experience
An annual income between €41,600 and €46,800 gross, including holiday allowance and Christmas bonus
A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position
